Bon voyage Uncle Tony!

I've been slacking at updating our blog because we've had visitors for the past 18 days. My [baby] brother Anthony and his best friend, Peter came to visit us from Belgium.
I hadn't seen him in seven long long years and we had a wonderful time with him. He left yesterday and I miss him more than I ever thaught I would.
My heart aches knowing that he is so far away from us once again. It was so good to have him here and meet my kids for the first time, cook his favorite meals, hug and squeeze him (yes, us Kukaj's we love to hug and squeeze).

Here are a few photos from his visit, very random and total snapshots, I know, but pictures I will treasure dearly until the next time we see eachother again, hopefully, in Belgium this time!

First tooth!

On August 6th, as we were coming back from our Mommy 'n Me class at our church, I stuck my finger in Nate's mouth for my daily "check for teeth". Well, to my surprise, I found one. His first little pearly white! Same one as his brother's first tooth, the bottom left tooth and just like his brother, no sign of the other one popping out anytime soon either!

This photo is the only one he allowed me to take. It was taken about 10 days after I actually felt it!

busy busy busy

We've been busy and I've been slackin'!

We've had so much going on lately, good things (Thank GOD!)....so I've neglected our blog and have been spending every moment possible with the most amazing men I know (Eric, Sebastian and Nathaniel that is).

We are off to the Keys today, but promise to return with tons of updates (I have a bunch)!
